How much will I have to pay? You will decide after reviewing our advice, on a single affordable monthly (or weekly) payment. What do TDA do? We will negotiate with your unsecured creditors to reduce your monthly payments and request that they suspend and reduce their interest and charges. We will then agree a single monthly payment form you and pay your creditors on your behalf. This will simplify management of your creditor payments..
Am I getting the best advice? TDA are part of Guaranteed Financial Solutions (GFS) we are Licensed under the 1974 Consumer Credit Act as well as registered under the Data Act and, as such, any advice we give is both professional and ethical. In addition, your personal details and financial circumstances will be reviewed by our Chartered Accountants and remain strickly private and confidential, all TDA staff and agents have many years experience in the financial sector and debt management in particulat. How do I know my debts are being paid? We will apportion payments received from you for distribution between your creditor listings based on how much each creditor is owed. We will then issue a statement showing how much each creditor can receive. This will remain fixed unless your personal circumstances change. We will also issue out a quarterly statement showing all transactions on your account. In addition to this, you will also receive your monthly statements from your creditors.We will distribute funds within one week of them clearing.
Will this affect my credit rating? In all circunstances the answer is yes. You may currently be experiencing difficulties paying your debts, it is more than likely that one of your creditors has already recorded adverse data against you. However, by joining our programme we can ensure a regular monthly payment is made to each of your creditors.
When I apply for a Trust Deed - What happens next ? If assessment indicates and you decide that you would be best served by entering into an Trust Deed, we action all thenecessary paper work for you. After the initial steps have been taken, and we believe you meet the criteria for a Trust Deed, we will then pass your case to our Trust Deed specialists, who will then act on your behalf in all correspondence with your creditors and the preparation of your financial statement, once the case is underway.
